Our collections are exclusive limited edition. Therefore, returns are not accepted. Please contact us at email@example.com for any questions.
We only accept exchanges in case the item doesn't fit. Returned items must be in brand new original condition, unwashed, and unworn with all original labels attached. The return and shipping costs are to be covered by the client. If the desired replacement size is not available, a gift card of the original purchase value will be issued.
Upon receipt of any returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of approval via email within a reasonable time.
If the item is defective, we will take care of the shipping cost and send you an identical replacement item free of charge. If a replacement item is not available, a gift card of the original purchase value will be issued. Please make sure to reach out as soon as possible. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
You must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate an exchange or return process. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. Return fees might apply.
Only regular-priced items may be returned. Sale items are final sales. To follow up on the status of your return, please contact us at email@example.com.
